Shipping & Returns!

Welcome customer. We are in the process to finish the way that shipping is handled on the website.
You can continue to do the online shopping if you want to. Follow the online shopping procedure as we WILL receive your order once you submit it.

Remember if the order is R600 or less then we charge R75 for delivery to your nearest Post office or Postal address. If your order is above R600 we will deliver for free to your nearest Post office or Postal address. If you want us to deliver to your door then we will charge R125 delivery fee for a door to door delivery. Be Aware that if we deliver to your door and you are not there to sign for the package, then the package will be sent back to us and you will have to pay another R125 delivery fee to do another delivery to your door.
If your order is above R1200 then delivery is free the first time we try, if however you are not there and we need to deliver again, then you will have to pay the delivery fees.

We are sorry for this inconvenience but we have to pay the couriers every time if you are not at home. This is very important to take note off as we cannot deliver again without having to charge again if you are not at home.

You are also very welcome to pick up your package from our offices if you want to. We are situated in Pretoria.

We can also do your order over the phone if you want to.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange your faulty game with the same game. We regret that we cannot refund your money or exchange the game for a different game due to people copying the games (Pirating the game).
We also cannot exchange the game or refund you if you are returning the game because of your computer not meeting the required specification to play the game. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that his or her computer meets the required specification. We will gladly assist you if you need help to determine the minimum specification of a game. Just send us an e-mail to info@nashgaming.co.za and we will send you the specification.
